How shipping works
Every Powerfull piece is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed and stockpiled, so there are two stages between your order and your door: production, then transit.
Production
Typically 2–7 business days. Apparel with heavier decoration sits at the longer end of that range. You receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Flat rate per order, regardless of how many pieces you buy. Duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and claims
We want to be straight with you about this, because it matters before you order rather than after.
What we cover
- Damaged or defective items — claims must be raised within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Packages lost in transit — claims within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Anything that is our mistake — wrong item, wrong size sent, print defect. Covered entirely at our cost.
What we cannot cover
Because every piece is produced individually for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on correctly fulfilled orders. Your piece does not exist until you order it, so there is no stock to return it to.
This makes getting the size right the single most important step. Read the size guide before ordering, and if you are between sizes, email us — we would rather spend five minutes helping you choose than have you receive something that does not fit.
How to raise a claim
Email info@powerfullbrand.com with your order number and, for damage or defects, a photograph. We will resolve it from there.
